Study finds NovaTears increases tear film, lipid layer thickness.

June 5, 2018 – Gerard Garhöfer, MD, and colleagues reported in a randomized study, that NovaTears has the ability to restore the tear film over time, due to the novel mode of action – perfluorohexyloctane – preventing evaporation by stabilizing the lipid layer.

European Medicines Agency Accepts Novaliq’s Marketing Authorization Application for CyclASol® (Ciclosporin eye drops, solution 1 mg/mL) for the Treatment of Dry Eye Disease

The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the EMA will start its review of the MAA under the centralized procedure for all 27 member states of the European Union (EU).
